An effective website should be fast loading, visually attractive, kept up-to-date with the most current information about your business or organization and have easy to follow navigation throughout all of the pages.  Your website is your communication link to the world and is showcased 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.  Let us help you achieve that goal.

You will be involved throughout the web design process.  We will create a layout using the colors you have chosen, your logo, etc. and we will send you an email with a link to a preview page.  We highly value your satisfaction and we will work with you to achieve the look you want.  Once the initial layout is approved by you, we will begin creating the other pages of your website.  You will always be able to preview what we are working on through the preview link and give us your input.

Down Payment (Deposit)
When we begin a new web design for a client, we require a down payment of $150 which will be deducted from your total web design cost.  Once the down payment (deposit) has been received and work on your website has begun, a refund for the deposit is NOT available.  If the down payment (deposit) is not received within the first 10 days that the website work has begun, any pages started will be removed from the internet until the down payment is received.  Web design, web re-design and web maintenance are all one-time fees payable when the service is completed.

Balance Due
The balance for the total design & hosting charges (unless hosting with another company) is due (10) days after your website has been approved by you and goes online.  Late or non-payment of the balance due will result in the removal of your website from the Internet until payment is received in full.  An additional fee may be added to your original balance to place your website back online.  If you have requested payment options at the time of our initial consultation, we will set up a payment plan to fit your budget.  If those terms are not met on a monthly basis, your website will be removed until such payment(s) are received.

Web Re-Design
You may already have a website that's been online for a while and you would like a new look.  Or maybe your web designer has gone out of business.  We will be glad to help you.  

Web Design Pricing
Initial layout and colors which includes the homepage only -  $150 and up.
Each additional page is priced separately depending on content and time involved.  Pricing starts at $15 and up for additional pages.  If stock photos are needed, we have many to choose from online.

Website Maintenance Pricing
We are always available to make your website updates.  Our charge is $35 per hour.  Payment is due (10) days after the update(s) is completed.

Logo Design, Flash, Large E-Commerce, Database Driven, Intranet & Secure Websites
If you need more than a basic website such as a database or password protection, a large e-commerce system, Flash or any other bells and whistles, we can refer you to web developers that we have worked with and trust.

Please respect copyrighted property.  We ask that you do not copy or reproduce another's photographs, text, etc. without their permission.  StLWebDesigns.com is not responsible for copyright issues, content infringement or any non-compete clause that may have been used by any of our clients.  Each of our clients is responsible for their own information and content which is given to us in good faith and we will not be held liable for their actions.
